Marshall and Scott Family Collection
Black and white photographs of the Marshall and Scott families, including photographs and correspondence related to Walter Marshall while serving on the RAF during WWII, the Kayes Brothers' Family Circus, the Baker Family and some images of members of the Testo family as well as other performers and acts. Additionally there are circus programmes, correspondence, newspaper cuttings, birth, marriage and death certificates and Wills.

Neil Calladine Collection
This collection consists of 6 black and white photographs of fairgrounds and 8 audio cassette recordings of interviews with showpeople from the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Section of the Showmen's Guild of Great Britain.
Neil Watson Collection

Nichols Family Collection
This collection contains amateur Super8 cine reels filmed by Thomas O’Beirne, black and white and colour photographs and slides, circus and theatre posters, a watercolour and a small amount of other ephemera.
Noel Drewe Collection
A large collection of films entitled Circusama containing amateur and professional films on the themes of circus, performing animals and zoos, and edited clips from commercial Western and comedy films. FIlms are in a variety of formats including 8mm, Super8, 9.5mm and 16mm. Also includes a small collection of sound reels mainly containing fairground music, and correspondence and notes relating to the films.
O'Connor-Toulmin Family Collection
The collection contains photographs, including early family photographs of the O'Connor family, contemporary research, journal articles and books written by Vanessa Toulmin. Also included in the collection are manuscripts and newspaper cuttings.
Orton and Spooner Collection
This collection contains a large selection of archives from the Orton and Spooner Company. The collection comprises photographs and cabinet card images showing carved work, structural work and classic painted work, 4 boxes of notes, invoices and clippings, 8 drawers of plans and blueprints, 2 folders of ride specifications and order forms, accounts books and a library of source books showing turn of the century art used by the artists in the company.
Paul Angel Collection
This collection contains photographs both taken and collected by Paul Angel, associated notes, newspaper cuttings and 2 videos relating to fairs, seaside and amusement parks and the preservation movement.
Paul Braithwaite Collection
This collection contains issues of ten different fairground related publications, transcriptions of taped interviews with different fairground showmen and families, related correspondence and research used for the purpose of Paul Braithwaite’s publication work. There are also small pockets of photographic images, advertising material and an obituary for Joe Fletcher.
Paul Wright Collection
Designs, drawings, research material, a piece of correspondence and some photographs, mainly related to the creative process and conception of the artwork for Chadwick’s Ghost Train as well as Paul Wright's lifetime archive related to his work as a fairground artist.

Black and white photographs of fairgrounds, fairground transport and showpeople taken by a variety of people including Rowland Scott and collected by Percy Jackson.
Peter Wellen Collection
The collection contains black and white and colour prints of fairground rides and transport, mainly of British southern counties fairs and rallies in the 1960s. There are also some American amusement park images, manuscripts for the first 6 issues of 'Century of Tobers' (Fairground Association of Great Britain) magazine, a small selection of calendars produced by Carters funfair and commercially produced DVDs on the fairground and preservation movement.
Philip Swindlehurst Collection
This collection contains original cabinet cards relating to Orton and Spooner of Burton upon Trent and postcards depicting fairs from the turn of the 19th century.

Rod Spooner Collection
The collection includes photographs taken by Jack Mellor and includes images of fairground rides, sideshows and traction engines. There are copies of Rod Spooner's photographs of South and Midland Fairs from 1952-1953. Also included is a cassette recording of an interview With Kay Smart and other showmen/women.
Ron Kinder Collection
Slides and photographs of Ron's travels to various preservation events and a few pictures from local Derbyshire fairs, articles, correspondence and Nottingham and Hull fair plans.
